Chun Nam Wook (Kim Min Kyu), who has long been the protagonist of a manhwa (Korean comic), steps into the real world. There, he meets the student Han Sun Nyeo (Kim Doyeon), who has the same face and the same name as the heroine of Chun Nam Wook’s manhwa. Han Sun Nyeo suddenly finds herself living secretly with Chun Nam Wook. Han Sun Nyeo’s mother is the writer of the manhwa "Sun Nyeo and Nam Wook", but she herself is not a fan of the work, nor of the character Sun Nyeo. Noh Ye Jun (Choi Hyun Wook) is Han Sun Nyeo’s best friend and soulmate. Park Min Jung (Han Ji Hyo) is their friend and an aspiring webtoon writer. Yoon Yi Na’s (Lim Bo Ra) behaviour changes completely after she meets Chun Nam Wook.
