Overview:
Su Yu is a secondary school pupil. He has been living alone with his father ever since his mother left.
He and his father are almost always joined by Mrs Zhou, a local street food vendor, and her young daughter, Duo Duo.
Su Yu lives happily with this tiny, makeshift family, despite their lack of money.
On the day his mother marries a wealthy man, Su Yu gains a half-brother, Wu Bi, who turns out to be his new classmate as well.
The two immediately clash, mainly due to their differing personalities, but after a rocky start, their explosive relationship takes a turn. Yet just as they are beginning to form a bond, a whole series of obstacles stands in their way...
Will the bond between Su Yu and Wu Bi survive, or will it snap under the weight of emotions, family turmoil and social pressure?

This is brilliant – the story, the characters, and him as one of the main characters, my goodness… The only thing I’m disappointed about is the ending, which I didn’t quite understand. I can’t say any more because it would be a spoiler otherwise… but I’d really love to know….
Wonderful – I’m still hoping for a sequel
