It tells the story of the sudden disappearance of Gu Man Man, the girlfriend of Max President Su Yu and the daughter of the Gu family. While searching for his beloved, Su Yu happens to meet Qiao Mai, who looks exactly like Gu Man Man. With no other choice, Su Yu asks Qiao Mai to temporarily pretend to be his fiancée to appease his grandfather until the real Gu Man Man is found. However, neither of them expects their relationship to soon turn into something more real than just a contract.
