Hanagaki lives as a 26-year-old freeter. One day, he learns from the news that Hinata and her younger brother Naoto have been murdered by the Tokyo Manji Gang. Hanagaki is stunned by the news because Hinata was his first love back in middle school. The next day, someone pushes Hanagaki onto the platform at the train station, and he falls onto the tracks. At that moment, he is transported back 10 years into the past. There, he tells Naoto that Hinata Tachibana will be killed in 10 years. This changes the present. Now, Naoto works as a detective and manages to avoid being killed by the Tokyo Manji Gang, but Hinata’s fate is different. She is killed by the Tokyo Manji Gang. Hanagaki then asks Detective Naoto Tachibana for help. He wants to save Hinata by going back in time to destroy the Tokyo Manji Gang.
