The Wandering Moon The Wandering Moon (2022)

One rainy evening, Saeki Fumi, a 19-year-old college student, happens to meet Kanai Sarasa, a 9-year-old girl who is completely soaked from the rain, in the park. Living far from her parents and in the care of her aunt, Sarasa confesses that she no longer wants to go back to live with her. Moved by compassion, Fumi decides to take her into his apartment, and the two end up living together for the next two months. However, the young man is arrested on charges of kidnapping: in the eyes of the public, he becomes a dangerous kidnapper, while Sarasa is portrayed as a fragile victim. Fifteen years later, fate brings their paths together once again.
