Overview:
During the Japanese occupation of Korea, hundreds of people were forced into slavery on the mining island of Hashima, where Lee is separated from his daughter, So Hee, as soon as they arrive. Hoping to find his daughter, Lee ends up taking part in a mass escape.

An excellent film in every respect. Clearly not for everyone, as it recounts a terrible historical event. The only thing worth noting is that the subtitles are out of sync, which makes an already challenging viewing experience even more difficult. Thanks, RaMa, for your hard work!
