Love at Night (2021)

Xu Qing You is a hardworking, focused woman who holds a high-level position at a growing company. She is devoted to her work and is also in a relationship with Fan Yun Xi, whom she has been dating for 10 years. They’re planning to get married in the near future, but when she discovers that he’s had an affair with another woman, she flies into a rage and decides to call off the engagement. She later heads to a bar to drown her sorrows. At the bar, a man named Mo Ling Ze is performing a musical number on stage. She recognizes him as a man she encountered earlier that day on the street, with whom she’d had a minor and slightly unpleasant exchange. She’s very drunk and starts talking to him. The next day, she wakes up in a hotel room with only vague memories of how the night ended, assuming she had a one-night stand with him. To her horror, she shows up for a meeting the following day… only to discover that Mo Ling Ze has taken over her company’s operations. The pair is forced to spend time together, but eventually realizes they have a lot in common and find each other attractive. Meanwhile, her ex-boyfriend is desperately trying to win back Xu Qing You’s heart. Will she return to her former love, or could there be a new romance in store for her?
