Overview:
During a trip abroad, Wen Xi is dragged into an underground fighting club run by Mr. Jia, a loan shark boss. She ends up being the prize for the night’s champion, a mysterious young man named Xu Zhe Qing. Impressed by Xu’s lethal skills, Mr. Jia forces him to work for him, unaware that Xu is actually a private security consultant on a mission to rescue Wen Xi. Together, they face countless dangers and manage to escape in a daring escape. Three years later, tragedy strikes again when Wen Xi’s twin sister, Wen Hao, dies suddenly. Determined to uncover the truth, Wen Xi assumes her sister’s identity at G.E. Company, only to cross paths with Xu Zhe Qing once more. Now on opposite sides, can their rekindled feelings help them overcome the shadows and find their way back to each other...?

I saw a reel of a passionate kiss and wanted to watch the series. Pros: She’s a doll—literally. He’s cute and very Christian Grey. The sexual chemistry between them is off the charts—and I’d even say FINALLY, because all those cookie-cutter kisses are boring. Cons: The plot is nonexistent, as cringeworthy as the editing cuts. A total mess. “Far-fetched” is an understatement. That’s why I only watched Season 1 for the steamy scenes—if you can, go for it; otherwise, avoid this drama like the plague.
