Overview:
The assassin Ren Ru Yi, a former left-wing envoy of the Scarlet Guards, joins the State of Wu’s escort delegation to rescue the King of Wu, who has been taken hostage by the State of An. Together with Ning Yuan Zhou, head of the Hall of the Six Kingdoms of the State of Wu; the free-spirited Yu Shi San; Princess Yang Ying; the intelligent teenager Yuan Lu; and the imperial guard Qian Zhao, they experience love, life, and death, and grow together.

I love everything about it—the story, the characters, the actors, the costumes. It’s a C-drama that’s anything but run-of-the-mill, with a strong and determined female lead. I’ve watched it 3 or 4 times, but if you subtitle it in Italian, you’ll be my heroes. Thanks!

It's really great—I'm loving it so much. The actors are all really good in the fight scenes. The only thing I’m a little disappointed about is that the last few episodes (roughly from episode 30 onward) have moments where the plot jumps ahead with brief recaps, as if they realized it was getting too long to fit into 40 episodes. I would have preferred a few more episodes with the story unfolding at its normal pace.
