As a child, Park Shi On was sent to a specialist care centre, where his autism was found to be accompanied by exceptional abilities. With an outstanding memory and keen spatial awareness, the gifted young man eventually entered the paediatric residency programme, where he developed into a promising surgeon. However, his mental and emotional development appears to have stalled at the age of 10, which creates incredible conflicts both inside and outside the operating theatre, particularly with the hot-headed surgeon Kim Do Han.
