Nanase Sakura (Mone Kamishiraishi) is a 23-year-old trainee nurse. She met Dr Kairi Tendo (Takeru Satoh) several years ago and fell in love with him. To see him again, she studied hard and became a nurse. Five years later, she finally meets Kairi Tendo again, but he has a completely different personality to the one she had imagined. Kairi Tendo, who is 31, is commonly known as "The Devil" at work. He is a perfectionist and often makes scathing remarks to doctors and nurses. Nanase Sakura works hard to earn Kairi Tendo’s recognition and also expresses her feelings to him honestly. Thanks to her perseverance, Nanase Sakura becomes well known at the hospital and earns the nickname "Warrior". Meanwhile, Kairi Tendo finds himself drawn to Nanase Sakura.
