Overview:
Ye Yuwei is a student who has transferred from another school. He meets his desk mate, He Chenghan, in his new class. Beneath He Chenghan’s handsome exterior lies the heart of a girl. He is interested in anime featuring young girls and in looking after cats. In He Chenghan’s eyes, Ye Yuwei seems to be both a cat and a sentimental teenager who is gradually becoming aware of his own emotions, which are completely different.

This film has substance, but the overall production is a bit lacking and the narrative has quite a few disjointed moments. It’s a shame – with more skilful direction, it could have been a good feature film. Thanks to you, I’m always discovering something new <3
