Set in Seoul in 1987, a time of major student protests in South Korea, it tells the love story between college student Im Soo Ho and college student Eum Young Cho. After falling in love with him at first sight at a social gathering, the vivacious Eun Young Cho runs into him again at her dorm and helps him hide from his pursuers. Pi Seung Hee is the notoriously strict and terrifying dorm supervisor at Young Cho’s dorm, while Kye Boon Ok is a dorm phone operator who had to give up a college education due to her family’s financial situation. Lee Kang Moo is the relentless head of Team 1 at the National Intelligence Service (NIS), who always insists on doing everything by the book. Meanwhile, Jang Han Na is an impulsive and hot-tempered NIS agent who is passionate about her work.
