Café Minamdang (2022)

The story revolves around the mysterious events that unfold when former criminal profiler Nam Han-joon becomes a baksumudang (male shaman) and meets Han Jae-hee, the team leader of the violent crimes division. Nam Han-Joon (Seo In-Guk) is a former criminal profiler who now works as a con artist. To carry out his scams, he disguises himself as a fortune-teller and runs the Minamdang fortune-telling shop. He attracts customers with his good looks and smooth-talking skills. He swindles his customers out of money, but he also gets involved in their cases and helps them solve them. He even provides customer service for his clients. Nam Han-Joon’s partners are Soo-Cheol and Nam Hye-Joon. Soo-Cheol runs a private investigation agency, and Nam Hye-Joon is Nam Han-Joon’s younger sister. She is an elite hacker. Han Jae Hee (Oh Yeon Seo) heads the Violent Crimes Division. She is upright, passionate about her work, doesn’t hold grudges, and is a bit eccentric, but she is also sincere. However, when something goes wrong, she often insults people regardless of their status. After transferring to the Violent Crimes Division, she has worked as a detective for three years. Somehow, Han Jae-Hee becomes involved with Nam Han-Joon.
