Under the Skin (2022)

Shen Yi, a student at the Academy of Fine Arts with an extraordinary artistic gift, finds himself unwittingly drawn into a police case in which a police inspector is killed. Years later, he is given the chance to ease his guilt when he is asked to put his artistic genius and intuitive abilities at the disposal of Captain Du Cheng’s Interpol team. At first, it seems as though their collaboration won’t work. The captain still harbors too much anger and resentment over his colleague’s death, while the artist—a free spirit and a rebel—struggles to adapt to the pace and rules of the police station. Will the two be able to combine their different talents to solve the difficult and mysterious cases that come their way?
