Dangerous Drugs of Sex (2020)

After attempting suicide, Katsuragi Makoto, an elite office worker, wakes up tied up in an unknown location. There, he meets his captor, Yoda Ryoji, who forces Makoto into a horrific life of sexual assault and confinement training. The two begin to bond, and each starts to recall the tragic past that led them to this unbalanced situation.
