Go Yoo (Se Hun) is an 18-year-old student. He has nothing in the world to fear and many things he loves. He is excellent at playing basketball. His friend Go Joon Hee (Cho Jun Young) attends the same school. Go Joon Hee’s academic results are consistently top of his class. He is physically frail and has had a kidney transplant from Go Yoo. Since then, Go Joon Hee has been suffering from cellular memory syndrome (memories transferred via cells from an organ transplant). Go Yoo and Go Joon Hee both fall in love with the student Han So Yeon (Jang Yeo Bin) at the same time. Han So Yeon is pretty and intelligent, but she has a secret that causes her to keep her distance from others.
